Terms of Service

Last updated: January 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WP Render Blocks (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our web application, APIs, and WordPress plugin (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts, Organizations, and Security

You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. If you create or join an organization, organization admins may manage access to shared resources (e.g., components, sites, API keys) and may add/remove members.

  • Keep your credentials and API keys confidential
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Ensure you have authority to invite users and connect WordPress sites

3. Your Content (Uploads) and License to Operate the Service

You may upload React components (including source code, assets, and configuration) to the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform, bundle, render, and distribute your User Content solely to provide the Service (e.g., bundling, SSR rendering, serving client assets, and delivering output to your WordPress sites).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not (and will not attempt to):

  • Upload malicious code, exploit payloads, or content that infringes others’ rights
  • Circumvent security controls (including package validation, rate limiting, or bot protection)
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except as expressly authorized by us
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading or abusive automated requests
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of the Service except to the extent permitted by law
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities

5. WordPress Plugin and API Keys

The WordPress plugin and API endpoints allow your WordPress sites to request component assets and server-rendered HTML. You are responsible for securing any API keys and for any requests made using them. You are also responsible for ensuring your WordPress site’s use of the Service complies with applicable laws (including any cookie/consent requirements on your site).

6. Billing, Plans, and Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees and applicable taxes. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Plan limits may apply (e.g., sites, components, renders).

7. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including to maintain security, comply with law, or improve functionality.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service is suitable for your use case and for reviewing and testing your uploaded code.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Render Blocks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, if changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you.
